El diablo run 2026- final farewell
The 2026 Biltwell El Diablo Run marked both the twentieth anniversary and the final chapter of one of custom motorcycling’s most legendary cross-border adventures.
What began in 2006 as an antidote to polished motorcycle events built around shopping and parking lot parties evolved into a rite of passage for riders chasing dust, breakdowns, camaraderie, and the unpredictable spirit of Baja. Over two decades, the EDR introduced thousands of riders to a rawer version of life on two wheels while helping foster a deep appreciation for Baja and its people. The final Run brought the story full circle, with riders gathering in Ensenada before heading east to San Felipe for one last stretch of chaos, celebration, and miles shared with old friends.
Many of the original riders returned for the farewell, helping send the dirty devil of an idea off the only way it could’ve gone out—with hard riding, late nights, and stories that will live far longer than the motorcycles themselves. It was the end of an era that helped shape modern chopper culture and left a permanent mark on everyone who ever pointed a front wheel south toward Baja.
