born-free 2026 - brits abroad
Born Free 17 – good times man! This year our mates from the UK shipped their bikes over and had a crowd follow them in support: Yorkshire lad Lloyd Williams @keepitcountryuk as a Born Free invited builder, with his 1950 Panhead - which went on to win Best Panhead - and Welsh lad Chris Hatton @chrishatton__ with his Biltwell Peoples Champ mag fired cone Shovel.
The support these guys got, the standard of their builds, the rest of the comps bikes, the bikes in the parking lot – it all baked under the California sun and was one for the books.
Pre parties kicked things off in style though, with @templechoppers bbq and soft shop launch over in Fallbrook setting the tone. Followed by HWY Run film premier in Orange, CA, and then the Biltwell People’s Champ awards over at Cooks Corner.
Can’t beat it.
