The G-Hinge is a simple, clean seat pivot designed to mount to the existing holes in rigid Panhead and Knucklehead frames, eliminating the need to weld a hinge directly to the frame. The pivot is kept as hidden as possible, giving a much cleaner installation.
The new Long version moves the pivot point 1" forward, allowing the seat to flip up. It is best suited to Panhead and Shovelhead hardtail frames, while also fitting Knucklehead frames, where the original frame geometry means the seat will sit slightly higher.
Made from aluminum with a pressed steel pin, the G-Hinge Long is available in raw soft tumbled, raw machined or hard wet polished finishes and comes supplied with parkerized hardware.
Introducing the G Plug — a nearly invisible seat pivot designed to keep your frame clean without the need for welding.
Designed to plug directly into the seat post hole on rigid Panhead and Knucklehead frames, as well as hardtailed Shovelhead frames with a Panhead-style seat yoke casting and bushing. The universal design offers a short pivot and quick-release setup for Cobra, solo and flat-bottom seats, as well as custom pans.
Fitting just like the original plugs, the G Plug uses two O-rings for a snug fit and works with stock bronze bushings. Made from aluminum with a pressed steel pin, it is available in raw machined or tumbled finishes.
