Moon Bike 2024

Since 2011 the Moon Bike show has been an absolute staple of the Swedish scene and the event last weekend definitely didn’t disappoint. We caught up with Hank who is one of the organisers and he filled us in with the details.

“Moon Bike Show is a yearly event in the old steel mill with roots in the 17th century that has been gently restored and is now an art and culture scene.

We have a lovely mix of all sorts of bikes from choppers, bobbers to cafe racers and restored classics.
Around 50 bikes are spread around the building on different levels and rooms which creates an amazing atmosphere for our 1500 or so spectators.

As always, we focus on quality over quantity. We want to create a show that is more of an experience with bikes and the environment as equal components. Rather then just bikes on display. This building could not be a better backdrop to show classic bikes in. The fact that people come from near and far year after year shows that people enjoy it.”
