One Moto Show Tips
With the One Moto show happening just next weekend we asked organisers Thor and Tori to give us some tips on what to expect and how to have the MAXIMUM laughs at the event.
1: Roll up in style - Skip the line and take advantage of the show’s free motorcycle parking right next to the main entrance.
2: Prepare to be amazed! The heart and soul of the show continues to be the unparalleled collection of 300+ all style, all era custom-built motorcycles on display.
3: Bring your friends! Produced and inspired by people from around the world, the show is crafted to celebrate weird, rare, custom, classic and unconventional bikes in a way that everyone can enjoy, whether they ride or not.
4: Get a weekend pass! There are also several shows within the show including 12 live bands, the annual 21 Helmets showcase presented by Bell Helmets (a crowd-fav!) and the first-ever Direct Current Show presented by Ryvid featuring all sorts of cool electric customs from up and coming companies and individual builders.
5: Plan ahead! Check out the professional stunt show start times so you know when to go. There will be a stunt show almost hourly from FMX Freestyle Motocross Riders Jimmy Hill and Jusin Homan, Icon Stunt Riders 1 Wheel Revolution / Rob Carpenter and Sean Sets, Boonie Bike Bonanza with Icon and StoutMinis.com, Seattle Cossacks Stunt and Drill Team and Monster BMX / Skate.
6: Experience the thrill firsthand! Test ride motorcycles from Indian Motorcycle, Beaverton, Motorcycles, Yamaha and Ubco. A valid motorcycle endorsement is required to demo.
7: Book a One Moto hotel room to save! Check out our recommendations for the best places to stay near the venue at a discounted rate.
8: Get ready to party! No really. There are One Moto happenings on and offsite including pre parties, after parties, daily ride outs, happy hours and more.
9: Buy merch! The One Show is best-known for its limited edition One Show merchandise sold solely on site each year. Otherwise, buy select posters and merch online this year!
10: Enter the giveaways! We’ll be giving away free bikes, free gear, free stuff from our vendors and more. Look out for ways to win onsite and online.
11: Get in the spirit! Watch our five mini One Show commercials produced by Phlewid Film and Waypoint.
12: Catch the builder awards live! Tune in live at the event Sunday, April 30 at 1:30 p.m. Official judges include J. Shia and Rami Bishara and emcee is Dumptruck Stroupe.
13: Shine your boots with Danner! Stop by the show’s center to grab a new pair of boots or have yours shined by the best in the game.
